Best thing to do is to force them to pass you even if that means that you have to pull off the road. Note then they'll be right on the bumper of the car ahead. Only other solution you can do is to back way off the vehicle ahead, so you have plenty of time to react to the acrobatics of the car ahead. Then you can slow down very gently with plenty of brake lites for the IDIOT behind.
