Worked for a landlord doing remodeling one time. We were redoing an upstairs apartment and needed to get into the lower unit to do some plumbing in the ceiling. He had the key and we went in and went to work. A little later the renter found us there and called the cops on us. They advised us to get out as quickly as we could and not come back as long as she was paying rent, we couldn't be there without her permission. Another job he gave me the key to another apartment that needed work. Said he arranged with the tenant for me to be there. I knocked on the door several times before entering. I opened the door and it was a clear shot into the bedroom. The lady was laying in bed still sleeping when I opened the door. I closed that sucker as fast as I could and got the heck out of there. It would not have been good if she woke up about that time.
