When we were about to get our drivers license, we were required to sit and watch several films on what happens in vehicle accidents. I still remember 45 years later the blood and dismembered body parts scattered in and around the accidents. These were real life news footages. Some of the girls actually threw up in class. After each class it was hard for me to go over 25mph for a time. This should be brought back. This would make a difference on how some people drive.
