When I haul fertilizer. I am allowed to only go so fast. Always some idiot that will get as close to the buggy as he can. Then will not pass when the road is clear. They always wait until the yellow line is in my lane or we are going up a blind hill. Even when I am on the section of road where I can move over. They still sit there,even had one guy move over with me.
When I was in the Navy. Had a friend that had his brake lights hooked up to a switch.He could light up the brake lights and never hit his brakes. Got rid on many tailgaters that way.
