the one i saw years ago did have.way it worked was sort of like a reciever hitch but instead of square it was round and it was pinned on the end so it would twist.Steering as i recall was two hydraulic cyls.I really dont know why you couldnt just build the hitch so it fit exactly where the rear front axle pivoted,(on some wide front tractors) but it may not be sturdy enough there to pull from.Probably would be stronger to pull from a frame, thats how the one i saw was setup anyway.Thats the only one i ever actually saw up close and it was at a farm show type deal.
