Bought a new 2011 chevy 3500 4x4 Duramax. The 397 hp will pull my 32 ft gooseneck loaded with a JD450 dozer or 17 round bales or any thing I have to haul faster than I want to or need to with ease.Second D max I have owned. When I first bought it I was disappointed with the mileage (11 to 12 city,15 highway)I guess @ 18,000 it is getting broke in as I get 14 around town and 17 18 on the highway 11 to 12 pulling a loaded trailer.Always been a Chevy man. Daughter and son in law both drive Fords 6.0 diesels. Nothing but trouble with both.
