Bad timing... With Christmas so close and all... (or may be good, depending on your point of view)... Time for a new computer... Or if you are 'handy' with such, a new mother-board/cpu/powersupply... Because it could be either of the three and there is no certain way to determine which without starting to replace parts until it doesn't do that anymore... New computers are pretty inexpensive these days if you don't need a 'gaming' computer... Around the $300 range... Sometimes even with a new flat screen monitor... Good Luck...
