What I do is put on a clean pair of Wigwam socks when I go to bed. Then wear all the next day. Dr. told me about ten years ago that I had heel spurs-didn't want the surgery because construction work won't wait for about six week recovery. Father in Law got me a package of those Wigwams and the pain went away. That's it-same shoes as before, just socks.
