I think pert-neer every diesel pickup around here has had something done to it. Till you have ridden in a 600 hp 3/4 ton pickup you will not believe it. Then you can set it back to econ mode and beat the factory mileage at least 3 mpg. The good programers also keep it in overdrive longer,probably why they get better mileage. If you get the right one it plugs in under your steering wheel to the 12 pin connecter. If you have to have it worked on just unplug it and no one is the wiser.
