Here are a couple based on my experience:
To an observer on the ground it's gotta be the Oliver 1900/1950 GM. (Wife's cousin has a 1900GM "turned up" to run at 2,600 RPM. Working hard it is easily heard 3 - 4 miles away on a calm day.)
However the loudest tractor I've had the pleasure of operating is a JD 4520 fitted with a cheap (uninsulated) aftermarket cab. Even wearing earmuffs the racket inside the cab is insane. Outside the cab however it is actually a bit quieter than its 4020 sister...
