Mike, What part of Michigan do you live in? We farm just southwest of the Flint area. If you are going down I75 there is a great romantic place to overnight in Barea, Kentucky. It is just east of the highway and it is connected with the university there. All the furniture in the rooms are made by the college students as well as the restaurant. It's called "Boone's Tavern and Inn." A lot of history and I know your wife will love it but I doubt that you will see a tractor there. It will be beautifully decorated this time of year. You might need to call ahead but I am sure you can get all the info on their website.
