Big improvement when they went to the 600/601 series and made the rear end a good bit heavier and also improved the hyds with the piston pump over the vane pump. Ya some of the early 600s had the vane pump also and do not remember just when they switch to the piston pump but it was a big improvement when they did. Was not uncommon to have the rear axle brake on the Jubilee/NAA
