The neighbors I work with have two of them, one is powershift and the other is quadrange. They bought both of them new and almost immediately turned them up to 200 HP. Now they both have 15000 very hard hours and they're still running good. They look like he!! and they seep and leak but they still start and run like a top. I haven't driven them much but when I did the first thing I noticed was the lack of bottom end torque. Never was around them much in cold weather so I can't say much about the cold weather starting.
