OT/ Follow up John T contract language

John T and all who weighed in. I talked to the attorney about layman's language and this is what he inserted in the purchase agreement. "Sellers shall convey to the Buyer all of their undivided right title and interest in and to the premises by appropriate Warranty Deed, subject to existing easements, restrictions, covenants and rights of way of record." I would think that would remove any doubt as to what we are selling.
