If a thief wants it that won't stop him. A small grinder or even a sledge hammer could probably remove that in a matter of minutes. Could also take that tire off if its a tandem trailer and haul it away.
Edit: Just read the eBay add in its entirety. From the way its written looks like its straight off the boat from Hong Kong. Chances are its made of soda cans and could break it with a sledge hammer pretty easy.
