It seems that people just take it for granted they have the right to trespass when they buy a hunting license. I hunt this patch of woods with my 17yo and one of his friends. In bow season the City cop chased them out because he was the only one with permission to hunt there. The goofy 8itch on the 1 1/2 acres is concerned about the deer damage to her landscaping, she came up last spring to complain about "my deer" damaging her property and wanted compensation. She has told me she will give permission to anybody who asks. I have shown the property corners to her husband, but he said he can"t stop her if he"s not aware of it. Anyway I don"t feel I"m hellbent on keeping everybody out, but I do feel I have the right to tell a trespasser not to come back.
