One thing you could do is take the climbing pegs out of the trees. The guy shows up and cant climb the tree. He will likely forget to bring pegs, so he leaves gets more and comes back, pegs come out again, he buys more and so on, or you just wreck the stands by breaking them. I have not seen anyone in my trees....Yet. But I also dont walk to the back of my all wooded property, maybe 2 times per year. It seems like these guys feel it is their "right" to hunt deer, where ever they want.
