if you made as much taxpayer money on each horse as the pickens and other make in the horse rescue buisness ,i bet you would be a opponent of it also! LOL horse rescue is something of a misnomer, taxpayer financed boarding of unwanted horses is a much more true statement. thats why its becoming a issue again, folks are hollering to cut gov spending. Its far cheaper on the taxpayer to pay inspectors than it is to board each horse for life.
