This is the biggest non story to come along in years. Have the gas bags on talk radio come out against it now too, spreading lies about it?
It's always been legal. But 5 years ago, thanks to the left wing Hollywood activists,Congress eliminated funding for Federal Inspection at horse slaughter houses. The result has been, more suffering of horses by owners who can't afford to feed them or get vet care, much less to have them humanely euthanized. So,they've been turning them loose on public lands to fend for themselves. The only thing this bill does is take us back to where we were 5 years ago before the likes of Limbaugh and his but buddies at HSUS stuck their noses into it. So what do we get from the media, speculation that it'll be mixed in to hamburger to lower the cost. The whole overblown, blatantly misreported story makes me sick. Just more of the CONSTANT lies by omission by both the media and the radio wack jobs.
