I process deer here on the farm in Dallas, Pa. Monday was the first day and it was a good one. Ten deer were hanging by 4:00 PM. The size was good, mostly 6 pt.but a few 10 pt. Tuesday was a cutting day and did not finish until after diner. We are open today, but no hunters. Interesting point; I have not had any one asking for pork to be added to Italian,Breakfast,or Kielbasa Sausage. As far as deer moving, they don"t like to move about in the rain. If you get wet, they do too.Thursday the sun will be out and so will the deer. I think that Saturday will be a busy day. Ed
