So, I walk into our local h h greg appliance store today to buy a TV AFTER all the crowds are gone, but not one of the 6 young idle clerks would wait on me, so I came home and fired off this letter to corporate headquarters plus sent an instant e mail. THINK I WILL GET A REPLY??
Maybe I"m old fashioned or becoming a grumpy old man but I will be darned if Im going to beg some young pimpled pencil necked geek of a clerk to take my money, I expect to be waited on, a little customer service, is that too much to ask??? Am I the bad guy for reporting this???

Today Wednesday Nov. 30 at 2:40 PM I walked into the h h Greg Store in Bloomington, Indiana. There were only 2 customers in the store and there were 6 totally unoccupied clerks hanging out near the desk idle chit chatting which I walked right past in plain view to look at televisions. Anytime one came near they put their head down to avoid me and walked past NEVER OFFERING TO HELP ME. I waited longer and still not one of the 6 idle clerks would even look my way or offer service. Finally I asked the group ARE THERE ANY MANAGERS HERE, they all looked befuddled and pointed to one young man who finally said yeah I am. I asked why no one would wait on me and he still never offered to help me or apologized but agreed "yeah that’s not good for business
