My experience with our horse trailer and using different trucks to pull with learned me a few lessons.
Had some friends borrow another friends trailer, when they plugged it up to their truck it locked up the brakes. Instead of taking time to figure out the wiring they just cut the wires going to each axle. Had the balls to return it that way too. The circle of friends was then broken.
Just know 1 bad ground will make you pull ya hair out till its found.
