Took my car to a well respected shop for an oil change. The owner was having problems with his employees and screamed at me out of frustration. Chalking it up to him having a bad day, I decided to give him one more chance. A week later I took my car in for an estimate on a brake job. He said he was too busy and had more important jobs to do. Obviously never going back there.
