I would assemble pistons in jugs using a standard ring compresser. To protect the crank during assembly slide some rubber hose over the rod bolts and let them down gently. A helper to line things up might be good. Good luck As to the other reply I have Molines, Cats, Case, Deere, and AC also some old trucks pay no attention to him.
