Knowing what I know now,if I was in your shoes and had it to do all over again,I'd trade those cows off for some good Angus brood cows right now and save myself a whole bunch of aggravation and long days of wasted family time. But that's just me. To each his own. I was pretty adamant at one time too that dairy was the only way to go,but probably because that's what I grew up with and what everybody else was doing around here. I just remember there was one herd of Angus in the neighborhood,just south of town and I was mesmerized by them. Always wanted a herd instead of those black and whites that I'd been born into.
