actually this year the crops are paying for it. I dont put alot of miles on a year, looking to get a truck with low miles, and keep it for many years. My 1500 I have had since 1996, 68,000 on it when I bought it, has 150,000 on it now. The 97 3500 bought in 2005 with 196,000(from father inlaw, meticulous maintenance) now has 223,000 on it, but has been doing double duty as the 1500 has been retired until I partit or sell it.
