Mother has had a Toro for 20 yrs. Has agreement with her neighbor that he can use it for his if he does hers too. So between both of them it takes care about 200 ft of city sidewalk and one short double driveway and one 100 ft single driveway with a large 2 car apron in front of his garage. Not one problem in all those years. I have only ran it maybe 3 times. It seems to be user friendly. But I have nothing to compare it to as I have never run another one.
