Mike, don't know what tell you, I'm 69, coach Special Olympic athletes most of the year. The only time I have off is from July 15 until 1st of Sept. Just finished up Bowling, and I am starting Power lifting (weight training) Monday. Will be training my athletes 3 days a week 2 1/2 hrs. a day. I work out with my athletes, I out lift most of my athletes in the deadlift---335 lbs. I only have one that can out lift me(I weight 180lb) and that is my son Shawn,he lifts 440lbs, his goal is to lift 580lbs, Shawn weights 273lbs. I really think coaching these Special Olympics athletes keeps me young and in shape. When Shawn reaches his goal, I'll retire, I need to take a break been doing this alot of years.
