I have been using a '56 or '57 farmall 300 with a hayliner 270 bailer. I do about 10-15 acres. If there's hills the tractor can't keep the trailor held back to allow the old bailer enough time to munch the hay, but I make due. Also, when the bailes are on the chute with the weight to the rear of the bailer, she bounces the tractor a bit during the cycle. That's probably what you guys were talking about.
