WFW, Thanks for the helpful information,we"re back online with our new unit as the old Dell is froze up not allowing any movement of restore points.Victor wants to try and repair it during this winter. The new tower is a little too tall to fit in the hutch door,so we"ll lower the shelf tomorrow so the tower is out of household dust and dirt. What we ended up with is the following, HP P6823wb with 4GB memory, 1TB hard drive, with a DVD RW burner, and a 20" LCD screen.Extended warranty was also purchased for 2 years after the original warranty expires. It definatly is going to take time to get used to it, mouse is extremely fast, and my club fingers keeps erasing what I"m typing. THIS IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT>LOL Via Victor.Again thanks for all the help. Regards, LOU
