Oh no, no Allen. That will never stay in condition at that moisture with out air. I have a 18 ft. dia. bin that had no air and I always brought some spoiled corn out of that bin even if I dried it down to 12%. Three years ago I just mated a fan to a hole cut in the side wall of the bin. No tube or nothing. I have since put 15% in that bin and nary a one spoiled kernel since. You need to get some air into it somehow or you WILL bring some spoiled corn out. Might not be much but there will be some.
