Sounds like a great job creation program for govenment beurocrats. Florida is going to have to hire hundreds is not thousands of new state employees to run this. Undoubtedly well paying union jobs with great benefits, they are going to need offices, computers, training then add in the costs of litigation to find out if it is constitutional this is going to cost in the tens of millions dollars, maby a lot more. Any cost savings to welfare will be a pittance to the increased costs of criminal justice. Anyone that likes children suffering needlessly, foolish government spending, more useless government programs and serious government intrusion into our lives (why stop at welfare receipents: lets test everyone that drives on a public road, goes to a public school, recieves USDA farm subsidy payments, VA benefits, Medicade, Medicare, Social Security disability, ect...) ought to love this.
