Gotta agree the boozers and drug heads ain't taking care of their kids as it is. And it's gotten so bad that they get cash or debit cards for clothing and so on and have an EBT card so they don't have the embarrassment of have to pay in food stamps. If they are on welfare who cares if they are embarrassed? With the EBT cards thay should have bells and whistles that go off when swipe thier cards.
