This is an older Hough H60D--Maybe 70's. In the cab there is a push plunger---brass-- that one time was hooked up to the fuel system and I think it was used for cold weather starts to have fuel where it was needed. This system has long been froze up and disabled . I will check to see if there is a check valve above the pump. Didn't notice any fuel leaks and the fuel tank is under the motor and I have the tank full of fuel. The fuel filter is the big cannister type with a throw away filter.
