Considering that you wouldn't hire a black man if he was the best person for the job, you might be passing by an excellent worker just because they had tattoo's or piercings. If I was doing the hiring, I'd try to hire to most qualified person for the job instead of the best looking. If the person was good at their job and could make money for the company why not consider them? You could hire a good looking person that would have trouble giving away free samples. You can't lump everyone with a tattoo or piercing into the freak show category. There's a lot of very successful people with tattoo's and piercings.
