We're pretty dry here in NW Iowa. Yesterday the humidity was 13 percent and the temp topped out at 87. I don't ever remember the air being that dry here and 87 is about 20 degrees too warm for the first week in October. Usually 50 percent is dry. We've had more than our share of field fires and now when I drive around I see quite a few tractor/disk combinations just parked in the field in case a spark gets out of hand. There's a good chance of rain this weekend so maybe there's relief on the way. Jim
