I have been so disappointed with Sears tools, I quit going! I should state, though, that their shop vac is the only one I like! The Shop Vac brand ones we have on jobsites are usually missing the filter, or the bag. No one tells you, then you just blow the dust around. With the Sears vac, if the filter is in it, you are good to go. Sorry for your bad experience!
