As previously stated, US postal Service is preferred. I had some dumb as a box of rocks e-bay vendor that I had already spoken to and had made it abundantly clear to ship via USPS. She called me back two days after she shipped my torque wrench via UPS. She thought I was going to be grateful for saving me two bucks instead of shipping via USPS. Sure enough UPS showed up at the door with an additional brokerage fee for clearing customs. It was cheaper to send the wrench back and never see it again.Than it was to pay the brokerage fees.
