So your saying when you push the starter button you get nothing?? Or do you get a click?? How do you know what the voltage is doing have you used a meter to find out?? Can you use a jump cable to cross the solenoid and have the starter turn the engine over or still nothing?? Is the battery full charged?? You do know most auto parts stores will check a starter to see if it is bad. But you also have not given much info as to us being able to help you help your self
