Hey guys,
A friend of mine bought a GMC General truck early this summer to replace their "out-of-field" Astro that puked the engine. He said he believes it to be a early-mid 80's, but could not remember, but would double check and inform me tomorrow.
At wheat harvest, the blinkers quit working. They can't find a fuse/circuit breaker that is blown.. Every one they can find has power in and out..
Thy are thinking possibly the "flasher unit" has gone bad (even though usually when they quit the light will come on and just not flash.. But stranger things have been known to happen) But they cannot find said flasher unit.. It's not by the circuit breakers.. Someone told them it's in the cab under the dash.. Can't seem to find it there.. Someone else said it's just inside the door (almost like aside the clutch pedal) but he says there's no panel there that even opens..
He's thinking it's under the hood, but says he hasn't found it there either (yet). Does anyone have an idea where it might be found, or what else could be culprit for that matter??
