He called saying that he had some tractors for sale, Shaw Du-All in response to an ad I had placed. He was selling cheap as he was cleaning out his dad's shed that was passed away.(Bill Senior has been gone for years) and Bill Jr. is not 62 years old like he says and acts. He promised cheap shipping as long as he got the payment for it he would ship out the tractors and then send the remaining balance after you receive the tractors. Of course no tractors will never show up and he gets the deposit for the shipping. He is very educated in tractors and sounds very legit, but he is far from it. It amazed me the wrap sheet this guy has. All my correspondence is turned over the State's attorney and the local police as they have prosecuted him once before. They are asking for anyone else to step up if they have been taken before or recently.
