I had a colony of bats in my barn. I guess the bats eat insects, and some people like them. The bats carry rabies. They are protected also, like rattle snakes. Here is the problem I have with bats. They nest in the overhead and crap all day while they are sleeping, on every thing below. Then when evening arrives they circle inside the building before leaving for the night, and while circling they let loose some liquid to make sure they hit everything that wasen't crapped on. The bats in my area come from Mexico, in the spring, and leave in the winter. My bats didn't make the return trip. I guess I shouldn't have left that motor running in the barn. Stan
