Anywho he had this buddy who worked in that department that told him e coli was in warm blooded animals as well as humans soooooooooooo the "dude" fenced off his front yard where the septic field was and put horses in there prior to the inspection. When the inspectors arrived the morning to do the test and the dude was there with a camera to document there were horses, the insepctors grumbled n drove off.
