Gas 3cyl won't start unless cover carb and crank for 3-4min plugs not real wet put all new intuition parts in pts,coil,etc. Also hydraulics slow and weak after run time of 10 min. Of run time. Is there only one front mounted pump,it is a8 piston model. Filter under tractor changed and new oil put in. Oil is white must have water in system front end loader and 3pt hitch backhoe on tractor...
