As said before the tank has to be clean. I use Red Kote and they say most failers of there product is caused by not getting tank completely dry. In my area Napa, Auto Zone,and Advance Auto do not stock or will not order tank sealer. I had to go to Oreilly Auto Parts they stock it all the time. You have to ask for it because they don't put it on the shelf out in the store.
