It is a Mystery from God, that these animals develop a connection to us Humans! There is a Oneness that is developed over time that a man and a horse get to, Thats only gotten by miles and miles of riding in various situations. Having a good Cowey Horse between your knees is truly amazing, to watch him/her work the natural instincts that God gave them and you have the most perfect birds eye view.
