Many moons ago, there was a company that delivered oils in bulk to stations (now out of business) not due to their service, but Mom and Pop stations are mostly extinct. now within these deliveries say a station handled Texaco products and had a bulk oil tank.. Mom and Pop thought they were getting Texaco oil , but in fact they were paying for it but getting a supposedly same quality oil that cost the company much less. Don't ask me how I know...Classified info .. I'll have to shoot ya .
