Years ago I desided to replace the bulbs in my office.When I turned them on only half of them came on.I checked for every thing,Turned them on again then the others came on,For 2 days the lights were speratic,they came on one minute and not the next.I then called thecinal service,the lady told me to check the voltage at each pin and I should have 2 mili volts,and it was speratic.I got mad and changed all of the fixtures still same problem.After several days the lady called me back and asked me to put the old bulbs back in,presto they all came on.BAD BULBS
