I guess a lot depends on location... Around here that's about spot on. A 4x4 would be somewhat more. Probably well over 20 for a good D... You go looking for 10K hoes around here you aren't in the 90's let along the late 90's... and you aren't under 9000 hours either. I would suspect that if this was at a dealer's yard... it's priced such that it will go north if someone doesn't pay the money where it's at.
