Some places here in N.C. have had sufficient rain, but over half the state has been under drought conditions. Down East, thousands of acres of crops were wiped out by flooding from the hurricane. Last spring my black cherry trees and plum tree were covered with blooms but did not set any fruit. I think it was from the roller coaster temps. we had. None of the other trees have much on them either, such as acorns and black walnuts.
